We know that the question at the top of everyone's mind is,  'How much depreciation will I get?'

And you would hate it when our answer is,  'Well, it depends.'

So we built an on-line Estimator. 

This is the perfect tool to use when 'crunching the numbers' on a potential property purchase to see if it 'stacks up' as an investment.

Until now, there has been no way to accurately estimate the likely depreciation for a property. St George Bank were so impressed with the tool that they have offered it to their Gold clients.

Depreciator’s Estimator will take about 10 – 15 minutes to complete and asks you a number of questions about the property. The more you know about the property, the more accurate the results will be. And a quantity surveyor looks over every estimate before it is sent.

You will then be sent a 6 page report that shows the estimated depreciation for both the prime cost and diminishing value methods.

The Estimator costs $49.50 including GST but if you commission a full Tax Depreciation Schedule on the same property we will deduct the cost of the estimate from the Schedule fee.

If you already own an investment property and need a Depreciation Schedule, call us to discuss - the Estimator can’t supply you with figures that you will be able to use on your tax return.
