Did you know there is no set format for a Depreciation Schedule? We've seen everything from one pagers, to really complicated reports that even other Quantity Surveyors find hard to understand.

Obviously, the one pagers don't have nearly enough information in them. Your accountant will have to spend an hour os so completing them and you'll get charged for that time (which negates any saving you might have made in going with a cut rate supplier).

And with the really complicated ones, some accountants are lost. We've had them email us and ask our assistance to interpret a competitor's Schedule.

We did something no other company has done. We surveyed clients and accountants so we could arrive at a Schedule layout that was as easy as possible for both groups to understand. It even has a definition of many of the common terms.
